With more than a decade of experience as a Property Practitioner, I understand the challenges and opportunities that agents face. My earlier career as a legal secretary for over two decades equipped me with invaluable skills in compliance, contracts, and detail — a strong foundation that continues to guide my work today.

What drives me most is empowering others. At eXp, I focus on creating a culture of professionalism, connection, and service excellence that enables agents to thrive. My Christian faith is the compass that shapes my leadership style, ensuring I serve with compassion, purpose, and integrity.
