About Joan
Born and schooled in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. I lived in the Far South for many years and therefore know these two hubs very well.
My previous employer was Shell SA, where my focus was Commercial property leases as the Property Manager of Western and Eastern Cape. I attended an evening at the Estate Agents Institute to hear more about the industry and immediately embarked on training with Bowtie Solutions where my passion for residential property was ignited. I've been working in the Real Estate Industry since 2010 and joined eXp South Africa in September 2021 as a Full Status Agent.
What makes me unique is my ability to work with people from all walks of life. Buying a home is the most important investment anyone makes in their lifetime. The concerns of the clients and guidance required are the same for the R600 000 client buying a one bedroom flat or the R6 000 000.00 one acre client.
