Hennie Jansen

Hennie grew up in Centurion (previously known as Lyttelton). His first-hand experience of a small little town developing into a much sought-after city, excels him to understand the needs of those who wish to own property in Centurion, whether residential or commercial. Experienced from an electrical background, Hennie joined the property industry in 1992 as an electrical superintendent for Amppross Properties, where he was based in the Carlton Centre, Johannesburg. In 2001 Hennie was appointed by the Investec Property Group, which became Growthpoint Properties, where he served as Facilities Manager for 10 years. In 2002 Hennie enrolled for a BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying at the University of the Free State. Under the guidance of the well-respected Professor Basie Verster, Hennie obtained an Honours degree in Quantity Surveying in 2008. Hennie worked as quantity surveyor at Soccer City for LTA Grinaker. After many years in the commercial industry, Hennie joined Harcourts Maritz (2016) as an intern estate agent. He completed his pre-requisite studies and passed his PDE 4 exams in March 2018.
