I specialise in lifestyle properties, cottages, smallholdings and farms across the Overberg.

What sets me apart is my perspective as a certified Permaculture Designer, trained through the Permaculture Research Institute under Geoff Lawton. Through years of observation, practical application and the development of our own property, Casa Blanca Farmstead in Stanford, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how land functions beyond the title deed.

For buyers seeking a lifestyle change, smallholding, farm or more intentional way of living, understanding orientation, water movement, soil health, topography and long-term land potential can be invaluable.‍

I work primarily by referral and selective sole mandates. No pressure, no hard sell, just honest guidance.
